This section describes the process of requesting an account on CIRC computing resources.

Ganymede account
To request a Ganymede account, send an email to circ-assist@utdallas.edu with the following information:

Your UTD NetID
-
Your PI
-
Your Department
Once a CIRC team member receives this information, an access request will be put in and your account will be created in 3-5 days. Please note that once a CIRC team member puts in the access request, it goes to several UTD-OIT teams for approval and access control, so time from request to functional Ganymede account may vary. However, 3-5 days is generally the norm.
